2. Ordering and Payment

•  International Orders:

•  Shipping charges apply and will be calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package dimensions.

•  Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days, subject to customs clearance.

•  Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

•  Exchange-Only: We offer exchanges for the same or a different product of equal or lesser value (subject to availability). No cash refunds are provided.

•  Non-Eligible Cases: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

•  Color mismatches or dissatisfaction with color (due to lighting or screen variations).

•  Tailoring: Precise fitting and alterations to ensure the perfect fit for your saree or garment.

•  For customizations or tailoring, a detailed consultation may be conducted via email, phone, or virtual call to finalize requirements.

•  A mock-up, sketch, or sample image may be shared for approval before proceeding (if applicable).

•  Pricing and Payment:

•  A non-refundable advance payment (partial or full) may be required before work begins, as communicated during the order process.

•  Customer Responsibilities:

•  Approve any mock-ups or designs promptly to avoid delays.

•  Non-Returnable:

•  Stitched, customized, or tailored products are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a clear manufacturing defect (e.g., stitching errors or incorrect embellishments).

•  Minor variations in design or stitching (e.g., slight differences in embroidery patterns) are not considered defects, as these are inherent to handmade or customized work.

•  Revisions:

•  If the stitched or tailored product does not meet the provided specifications, customers may request revisions within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection.

•  Additional costs may apply for revisions due to changes in customer preferences after initial approval.

6. Intellectual Property
